Refund Policy Our program’s refund policy is based on sending a message from the service requester to the program to retrieve what was paid to the service provider within 24 hours of payment in the event that the service is not performed. Through which a code will be sent to the service requester and by giving this code to the service provider and sending the service provider the refund code to the program, the requested refund will be made within 48 hours after deducting administrative expenses. Also, there is no refund of the amounts paid in the event that more than 24 hours have passed or the service provider does not confirm by sending the service requester’s refund code to the program
